Additionally, the buyer guarantees that any material produced with any product will not be adulterated or misbranded in accordance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and will not be materials that may not be introduced into interstate commerce under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act. You can request a return of your order within 7 business days of the delivery date, provided that the box is sealable and unopened (Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs ONLY).
The charges will show up as SWISSCHEMS on your bank statement.
The cost of return shipment will be covered by the client.
A return tracking number is necessary, and our staff will inspect the returned goods as soon as they are verified to have been received at the warehouse. After that, the reimbursement will be handled, and you will be informed.

Within seven business days following the delivery date, you must notify us of any missing or damaged items and provide photographic proof of the box with a clear tracking number and the products you got.

We can cancel your order if you decide to change your mind, but please be aware that there will be a 25 USD processing fee. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible. ALERT: Please be aware that shipments are not immediately scanned at pick-up or drop-off if your box has been in the “Pre-shipment” status for longer than a week. When they get to the local post office, the majority of them are scanned. You can be sure that your package is traveling as planned. Please be aware that we have no control over an order once it has been given to our logistics partner.
Orders dispatched to the incorrect address supplied by the customer are not eligible for a refund or reshipment. Please be aware that we only do as specified on the order form. We are only able to provide a one-time 30% discount that you can apply to any subsequent purchases.
We are unable to provide a reshipment or refund if the courier marked your product as Returned to Sender because the address on your order form was wrong. We don’t receive returned shipments. You are responsible for verifying the details on your order form.
GUARANTEE OF PRODUCT QUALITY
Any HPLC-licensed testing center can test the product you purchased from us, and if the results are negative, we will reimburse the following:
- HPLC Examination
- The order total plus postage.
Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Programs
If you don’t abide by the program’s regulations, Swisschems has the right to ban you from the program and to cancel your affiliate account without giving you advance warning.
Additionally, we reserve the right to request the return of any commissions you have earned up until the termination of your account (regardless of when we discovered the rule violation) and to withhold any pending commissions related to the aforementioned violations. Additionally, you and your company are not allowed to re-register in our Affiliate Program (either for the same website or for any other website you own, operate, or control) if we terminate an Affiliate for any reason.
We don’t allow keywords that contain our brand name, “Swiss Chems.” You won’t get compensated if brand keywords account for the majority of your traffic.
The terms and conditions of our affiliate program are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.
Websites that provide discounts are prohibited.
Commissions do not apply to personal orders.
It is prohibited to target PPC or SEO keywords that contain our trademark, “Swiss Chems.” You will not receive your commissions if you violate this rule.
