Orders and Delivery

Orders are processed after payment is received, not at the time of placement. With the exception of weekends and holidays, orders take one to three business days to process. We will email you the anticipated shipping date if there are delays because the product isn’t available. While foreign delivery schedules vary, US orders normally arrive within two to five business days. For more information, see the shipping page. Please be aware that owing to uncontrollable delays, we are unable to guarantee exact arrival timings once your purchase leaves our facilities. Updates to tracking data could take several days.

The email address you entered on your order form will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your product is shipped. Please make sure to check your junk or spam bins in addition to your inbox. Click the link in the email to follow your order. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any more questions regarding these shipping arrangements.

Please send us an email at [email protected] as once if you need to update your address. Changes to the shipping address are only available while the order is being processed. We are unable to change an order once it has been approved for shipping. You may always check the status of your order by going to the “Orders” tab.

Refunds, Disputes, and Returns

Unopened and sealable shipments (Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs ONLY) may be returned by clients within seven business days of delivery. Please remember that consumers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and you will need to provide us with a return tracking number.

We will start the reimbursement procedure and keep you informed as soon as the warehouse verifies receipt and approves the returned goods’ condition.

Please be advised that each product will have a 15% restocking fee subtracted from the refund. Contact us via chat or email at [email protected] for further information.

Please send us an email at [email protected] with the following details to resolve the issue:

a clear picture that shows the issue with the item or items you got.

a picture of the package with the tracking number on it.

Please send separate images for each shipment if the problem affects more than one delivery.

It is imperative that you notify us of any order problems within seven days of the delivery date. We won’t be able to collaborate with you to find a solution after this point.

When appropriate, we can execute a refund to the original payment method after subtracting a $25 processing charge for each transaction and, if necessary, a restocking fee for each product. Any banking annoyance fees and delivery charges, if your order has already been shipped, are not refundable.

Product Quality and Legality

We take great care to select only the best raw materials for

our selection procedure, where each batch is put through rigorous purity testing at a laboratory located in the United States before it is ready for distribution. These test results are updated on a regular basis here.

Please note that, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, all Swiss Chems goods are only meant for study. Any kind of personal use is severely discouraged.

You can test the product you’ve bought at any testing facility with an HPLC license if you’re unsure about its quality. If the outcome is negative, we will reimburse the following:
