Swisschems is free to change these rules at any time. Orders are processed after money is received, not at the time of placement.
Weather, shipment volume, package delays, and other unforeseen conditions can all affect shipping times, which are estimates. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your product ships. It could take up to 24 hours for tracking details to show up in the system. Before asking for tracking information to be given again, please check your spam folder if you haven’t received it. Consumers are in charge of keeping an eye on their packages and getting in touch with their local postal office if they require assistance.
For domestic (US) delivery, we typically use USPS, and for international shipments, we use Asendia US. For overseas deliveries, though, we might also employ USPS. Below is a list of each carrier’s estimated delivery times:
USPS: 3 – 5 days
Asendia US: 15 – 20 working days
Please be aware that, with the exception of holidays, our fulfillment facility is open Monday through Friday. The following business day, orders that are paid for on Friday afternoon will be processed and dispatched. Every delivery is exclusively planned for weekdays.
Only US customers are eligible for FedEx’s overnight and two-day shipping options, which they can choose at the time of checkout. International clients can get in touch with [email protected] if they are looking for other shipping companies.
MILITARY ADDRESSES AND PO BOX
We use USPS to deliver to APO and PO Box addresses. Options for formatting military addresses are offered at the time of checkout.
THE NEED FOR SIGNATURE
A signature is required upon delivery for orders totaling $150 or more. This service is presently limited to domestic shipping within the United States. When your package arrives, please make sure someone is there to sign it. If you would rather not have to sign, please get in touch with us right away via chat, phone, or email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
When purchasing these goods, customers outside of the US can run into extra import restrictions, processes, and costs. To guarantee legal compliance, it is your responsibility to investigate and adhere to all relevant regulations. Please take note that we have previously eliminated nations with significant import restrictions from our list of shipping destinations.
Only a 30% discount will be given as compensation in the event that a package is seized; refunds and reshipments are not available.
Since delivery cannot be guaranteed for many product types owing to probable customs constraints, we highly advise clients to learn about their local import requirements before placing an order.
Any delays or losses brought on by internal or external hostilities in the receiving nation will not be Swisschems’ responsibility. This comprises, among other things:
labor disputes, civil unrest, or strikes.
instability in politics or civil unrest.
military action, terrorism, or war.
natural catastrophes or severe weather.
governmental measures, embargoes, or sanctions.
Customs delays, confiscation, or seizure.
disturbances or failures in the local infrastructure.
any further uncontrollable unanticipated events.
In such cases, Swisschems will not be responsible for damages, reimbursements, or compensation for lost or delayed shipments. By placing their order, customers agree to these terms.
Customers are recommended to contact our Customer Support team if they need an alternate courier service because of delivery problems or availability issues in their area.
RESHIPMENT
Orders returned to our warehouse are eligible for reshipment and store credit, even after your local carrier has been consulted and investigated. Always check the delivery report from your local courier, which confirms delivery location, time, and recipient details and includes GPS coordinates for every tracking update.
Orders that are lost or not delivered are not SwissChems’ responsibility. In these situations, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or reshipments. Please be aware that we have no control over your package after it is passed to our logistics partner.
Order cancellation, modification, and address changes
Order adjustments might not be feasible once things reach our fulfillment team due to our accelerated processing periods. To guarantee correct delivery and prevent issues, it is imperative that you carefully check your product choices and shipping address before completing your order.
Because we work with third-party payment processors, cancellations of paid orders are subject to a $25 processing fee. As an alternative, we can waive the processing cost by giving you shop credit for the full amount of your payment. Refund requests for orders returned to our facility are also subject to this cost.

RETURNS
As long as the box was tracked and returned to our warehouse correctly, we offer reshipment services or a store refund for packages returned because of missing addresses, wrong addresses, or customer unavailability during delivery. All shipping expenses and related fees for the reshipment must be paid by the customers.
Orders may be returned by customers as long as the bottle or bottles are sealed and unopened within seven business days of delivery. Due to the delicate nature of vials, returns are only allowed for bottled items. Therefore, before placing your order, make sure you have done your homework and checked the contents of your cart. For return guidelines, please get in touch with customer service.
Only when we ship an incorrect order do we issue a free return label. Customers are responsible for paying for all return shipping. Once the returned order is received, refunds are subject to a $15 return fee and a $25 processing fee. Undeliverable orders returned to our facility are also subject to the $15 return fee. As an alternative, we can forgo the $25 processing fee by offering shop credit for subsequent transactions.

REFUNDS
Due to the regulations of our third-party payment processor, all cancellations of paid orders are subject to a $25 processing fee. Orders that have already been sent are not eligible for a refund.
If study goods don’t produce the desired results, there are no refunds available. Although we promise that our products are of the best quality on the market, please be aware that outcomes may differ.
We advise beginning with a smaller order to assess our products and client experience if you are unsure about our services. Please take a look at our client reviews as well. Since most of our clients are repeat customers, we are certain that you will be satisfied.
MISSING, WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you provide us a picture of the items you received “as is, where is,” we will reship any missing or damaged items for free. Upon delivery, snap a picture of any missing, damaged, or inaccurate items and get in touch with us right once. In order to process your request for a free reshipment, all claims must include photo documentation, which must be sent to us within seven business days of the delivery date.
Any order-related concerns must be reported right away.
Refunds and reshipments are not allowed for packages that are seized or go missing even though they are marked as delivered; the only compensation available is a 30% discount. Please be aware that we have no control over the delivery results. We highly advise clients placing orders from overseas to familiarize themselves with local import laws before placing their order and to be aware that delivery of these products cannot be guaranteed.
