When returning merchandise:
As long as the shipment is sealed and undamaged, you have seven business days from the date of delivery to request a return (Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs ONLY).
The return shipping cost will be covered by the client. We don’t offer return labels; we only offer free return labels in the event that we dispatch a defective or incorrect item.
Please be aware that because peptides are sensitive to temperature and sunlight, we do not accept returns and do not advise customers to do so. If you’re unsure about the quality of our items, we advise first-time customers to place small orders.
A return tracking number is necessary, and our staff will inspect the returned goods as soon as they are verified to have been received at the warehouse. After that, the reimbursement will be handled, and you will be informed.
The refund amount will be reduced by a 15% restocking fee per product.
